PCB Surface Cleaning Machine JYC-350CLA

The PCB Surface Cleaning Machine is designed for precision cleaning and static removal in SMT production environments, ensuring optimal PCB surface preparation for soldering processes.

Application

Positioned within the SMT production line between the loading machine and printing press, this equipment effectively removes static electricity and cleans PCB surfaces by eliminating contaminants such as chips, dust, hair, and glass fibers prior to solder paste printing or dispensing operations.

Working Principle

As the substrate travels through the machine track, the adhesive roller makes direct contact with the PCB surface. Utilizing the roller's inherent stickiness, it effectively adheres to and removes foreign particles including dust, board scraps, green oil residue, and hair. Simultaneously, the adhesive roller contacts itself, transferring and containing the collected contaminants.
