The PCB Handling Machine is an automated solution designed for efficient PCB magazine loading and unloading in SMT production lines. This system streamlines the handling process while maintaining precision and reliability.

Operation Procedure for Product Changeover

1. Manual Running: Press the manual running button and select the appropriate pitch between PCBs.

2. Adjust Magazine Width: Set the magazine width to match the new PCB dimensions, ensuring smooth insertion.

3. Load Magazine: Place a magazine into the loader unit.

4. Box Input: Press the box input function to move the magazine to the lift platform.

5. Clamping and Lift Down: Activate clamping, then initiate lift down. The magazine will lower to the optimal position for unloading the first board.

6. Adjust Pusher: Use the rocker control to center the pusher on the PCB line. Ensure easy manual push from rail to magazine. The magazine layer should be positioned approximately 1mm lower than the rail.

7. Check Push Plate: Activate the push plate to verify the machine's capability to store PCBs from the rail into the magazine.

8. Automatic Running: Click exit, then select automatic running mode. The machine will be ready and await the board signal for continuous operation.
