Our automatic nozzle cleaning machine utilizes multi-nozzle jet cleaning technology with fluid mechanics principles to break water into fine mist particles. These particles are sprayed at supersonic speeds to create continuous energy fields that effectively crush and remove surface and internal dirt from nozzles. The system operates without solvents, using only industrial pure water for environmentally friendly cleaning.

Each cleaning cycle processes 30 nozzles simultaneously. Different nozzle types are accommodated with specialized fixture trays, ensuring compatibility with any placement machine nozzle. The automated process includes compressed air drying after cleaning for immediate readiness.

After cleaning, fixture trays can be transferred to our specialized nozzle inspection device for verification. This allows direct observation of cleaning effectiveness and ensures nozzle cleanliness meets production standards.

Generates fine water mist particles measuring 3-10μm, capable of cleaning dirt from the inner walls of small nozzle apertures through continuous pressure application.
