The GSMTL60 is a high-quality SMT splice plier tool designed for use with GSM0700 splice clips. This precision tool features special positioning column design for accurate center cutting between components and compatibility with all SMT tape widths.
Primary Applications
  • Stapler-style splicing tool specifically designed for SMT carrier tapes
  • Used with GSM0700 splice clip frames for continuous joining up to 20 times
  • Enables quick, secure joining of SMT carrier tapes across all widths

Operation Instructions
  • Load Clip Frame: Pull slider and gently place GSM0700 clip frame in handle rail
  • Advance Frame: Press button and slowly advance slider until frame contacts pins
  • Align Tapes: Center both carrier tapes (cover tape up) on pins and secure with clamps
  • Crimp Connection: Crimp handle to securely join carrier tapes
  • Apply Splice Tape: Add splice tape strip to cover tape and press firmly to complete splice
