OEM SMT Splice Tape Easy Alignment for Fuji GSM26 Series
GSM26 Series OEM SMT Splice Tape
GSM26 series splice tapes are engineered specifically for Fuji machines equipped with intelligent feeders. The integrated silver strip enables sensor detection of the splice. Each size features placement holes designed for use with alignment jigs, ensuring precise positioning during the splicing process.
Instructions for Using GSM26 Series Splice Tapes
  1. Cut Carrier Tapes Accurately: Use a cutting tool to make clean, precise cuts on the carrier tapes. Proper cutting is essential for splice quality.
  2. Remove Release Liner: Peel away the release liner from the splice tape to expose the adhesive surface that will join the carrier tapes.
  3. Align Carrier Tapes: Position the cut carrier tapes (cover tape facing down) with the placement holes on the splice tape. The holes ensure precise alignment for simplified splicing.
  4. Place Carrier Tapes: Carefully position both joining carrier tapes onto the first strip of the splice tape, ensuring proper alignment and adhesive contact.
  5. Fold Second Strip: Fold the second strip of splice tape to the underside of the carrier tape and press firmly to create a strong adhesive bond.
  6. Remove Plastic Cover: Discard the clear plastic cover to complete the splice, making it ready for SMT production processes.
